In accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of the d. lgs. 30 june 2003 n. 196 (containing the so-called Code regarding the protection of personal data) the Associazione Internazionale di Studi Tardoantichi must provide some information regarding the use of personal data you provide.
A – Purposes and methods of processing
The processing of personal data collected is carried out for the purpose of establishing and/or managing the relationship between you and the Associazione Internazionale di Studi Tardoantichi for the purposes of the Association, as required by the statute, as well as, with your express consent, for sending also by e-mail newsletters relating to the activity of the Associazione Internazionale di Studi Tardoantichi.
Personal data will be processed, both manually and with IT and telematic systems and tools, by our employees in compliance with the confidentiality and security rules provided for by current legislation; personal data will be stored and processed for the period necessary to achieve the mentioned purposed.
B – Nature of the provisions of data and consequences of refusal
The provision of personal data, which is in itself optional, is necessary to allow us to carry out the operations referred to in the previous letter A).
The processing of personal data, as expressly provided for by current legislation, does not require the acquisition of your consent, except to allow us to send newsletters and information from the Association.
C – Communication and dissemination scope
The personal data, object of processing, may be communicated to subjects with whom agreements or contractual and/or associative/federative relationships are in place, also for the provision of service in favor of the associates, to offices and organizations with which relationships and relations exist, to third parties, expressly authorized, who carry out specific tasks on behalf of the Associazione Internazionale di Studi Tardoantichi (for example, tax and accounting obligations, insurance obligations, obligations related to the shipment of correspondence and the management of collections and payments, etc.), as well as, anonymously, for statistical research purposes.
D – Rights of the interested party
We remind you that art. 7 of d. lgs. 196/2003 attributes the following rights to the interested party:
- Obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data, even if not yet registered, and their intelligible communication; the indication of their origin, of the purposes and methods of their treatment; the indication of the logic applied, of the identification details of the owner, of the manager and of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about it as manager or person in charge; updating, rectification and integration of data, their cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data in violation of law; the attestation that these operations have been brought to the attention of any subjects to whom the data had been communicated;
- oppose the processing of personal data in the presence of justified reasons or in the event that the same were used for sending advertising material, direct marketing or for carrying out market surveys.
